    i went to my brothers house.i kept my note4 for charging but it couldn't.so i shown it one of technician because it shows power sharing option every minute and my note 4 battery going down very quickly.nothing will rectify over there.what will i do.i restarted two times but no use.How can i.please tell me the solution

    It has to be diagnosed (which means at least by someone who knows about cellphones and lithium batteries). It could be an app causing it (boot into safe mode to not have any downloaded apps running, and see how fast the battery drains - Power the Device Up in Safe Mode - Samsung Galaxy Note 4 | Verizon Wireless is for Verizon, but it's the same for all Note 4s). It could be a bad battery. It could be a failed component in the phone.

    There's no way to tell what's causing it from here.
