Hub + notification sound help

Hi there
I have the BlackBerry KEYone and integrated the likes of Facebook and Instagram via the Hub+ services app, however I cannot seem to find a way to customise the sound for notifications. Any emails account show up but nothing is listed for FB or IG?

Am I missing something?

The Hub only handles email notification for Hub email accounts. Individual app notifications are handled within each app's settings.

Cheers Adam - that solves the FB one. Still can't Instagram though.

Should work the same way--inside the app will be a menu where you can access settings, and inside there somewhere are notification settings. Each app presents its settings in its own way, but notification details are in there somewhere.

That's how every app works that I know of.

Is IG giving you any notification at all?

Check in phone settings, under Notifications. The top menu is a pull down; choose All Apps, then scroll to IG. Are notifications turned off globally for IG?

Hi Adam - thanks for the continued help.

It all looks OK via the attached screenshot.
I have also read elsewhere that IG don't do sound notifications? Is that true? Perhaps I am after something that isn't available?

I don't use Instagram (and I don't use notifications, either), so my usefulness here is at an end.

Perhaps there's a web forum for Instagram help? Surely someone there has the exact answer you need.
