Productivity Tab not working

When I slide open the productivity tab only the words appear but no black background. I've tried restarting the phone and messing with the settings to no avail. Anybody have this problem?

I've not observed that problem - can you post a screenshot. Here's what I see on mine... Have all updates been applied?

Yikes. Did you do a full restart? Hold down the power button for approx. 20s until it vibrates.

I tried this and it also did not work. I may have to call RIM for assistance.

Called BlackBerry support, which was very good, and they are looking at my bug logs now. On a whim I tried deleting Lux a this is working so far. When Blackberry calls me back I will let them know.
