its reverse charging instead the battery percentage move up its going back even when its on the charger

Welcome to Android Central! Are you plugged into a wall outlet or a computer USB port? The latter doesn't give much current, and if you're actively using it while charging, the battery level might drop.

If you're plugged into a wall outlet, go to Settings>Battery. Does it say "Charging (AC)" or "Charging (USB)"? If it says the latter, then either the charging cable or the charging plug is faulty--try a different one.
