Are the APN settings correct? att.com/esupport/article.html#!/wireless/KB424489?partner=LinkShare&siteId=JAF5WzpxbKM-dXwHZ3MV6gB0H.bDk.hwrA

Also, in the Settings>Cellular Networks>Preferred Network Type menu, is it set to LTE?

Hmm, not sure. That phone should support AT&T's LTE bands. What does the cell signal indicator show on the phone? Does it only say 4G without the LTE? Or is it actually getting 3G (or HSPA)?

Are you certain that the phone isn't on 4G LTE? Some phones show 4G to represent LTE, and 3G to represent HSPA or HSPA+. What kind of download speeds are you getting?

Re: blu Life xl no lte on at&t

No it's not on lte because I see speeds of 12mbps with the V10 and right next to it with the blu it's 2mbps
The V10 is on band 17 so the blu should be also.

Let's rewind a bit--if you go to Settings>Cellular Networks>Preferred Network Type, tell us exactly what options you have there.

At&t 2G and At&t 4G

Called At&t and confirmed they had the correct ime number which they did. This phone is advertised as lte but I'm starting to question that.

That's actually a different menu than I'm thinking of. Look for a menu called Preferred Network Type. I think the menu you're showing is called "Network Operators" on my 6P.
