    Hey let's see if anybody's expert enough to figure this out for me. I bought a BLU Life One X2 with Android 6.0.1 loaded on it and it seems that navigation freezes on anything out of Google Play Store. I noticed is when I try to use my Uber driver app and then when I went to use the RunKeeper fitness app. I tried other fitness apps on Google Play store and they all had the same problem that cannot track where you are going. The Uber driver app cannot navigate it just freezes up. I have contact Blu text support numerous occasions even contacted him on Facebook and Twitter they are totally useless they just say all troubleshooting has been completed which means they asked if the GPS Works which it does it has a strong signal because when I run Google Maps or Waze independently they run just fine. Any ideas what might be causing the problem and how to fix it? Thank you for any help you will provide in the future and see if I can get this working

    Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. How to turn on safe mode on Blu Life One XL

    If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
