OTA system update today

Anyone know the purpose as its still 2.3.6 gingerbread?

Its just a User Interface update supposedly. Probably a security update in there as well. Nothing in the update is anything that is still gonna be on the phone after you install it and reroot. The only annoying thing is that I'm not sure there is a way to disable the update notification from popping up every six hours without installing it. DO NOT attempt to install the update while you are still rooted. You need to unroot and return to stock first. I had a friend of mine with that same phone attempt that, and it took me about 7 hours to get the phone working again.

Havent actually rooted yet found someone willing to do it for me just have to make time to do so
