    Hi guys,

Getting tired of having three different browsers on my phone open depending on how I've searched for something. Probably an unpopular opinion but I prefer the native 'internet' browser (with the globe icon) over chrome or google (which appear almost identical but for some reason considered two separate browsers by my galaxy alpha). The native browser has nice backpage and forward arrows allowing for easy navigation which are absent from the other two. All my bookmarks are saved with the native browser as well.

I would love to have a home screen search bar widget for the native browser. All I can see in the Play store are ones for Chrome or the Google browser. Does anyone know of a search bar widget for the home screen that allows you to choose the browser as well as the search engine?

    Thanks in advance,

Welcome to Android Central! Try Quick Search Widget. You can choose your search engine, although I'm not sure if you can set a default browser to open.
