looking for budget phone with specs and nougat

What I need is good to decent specs at least 3gb ram, good battery, compass, nougat, must be compatible with att 4g LTE bands and BELOW 300$

What I have in mind

Moto g5 plus(no nfc sadly) but I heard the USA version has compass magnet. Can anyone confirm?

Xperia xa1(doesn't seem to support all bands and has bad battery)

Nexus 6(Nexus decided seem to brick when updating OTA)

Nexus 5x(only 2gb ram and no more warranty)
