Moto G4 Plus 4 gig ram 64 store or G5 Plus 2 gig ram

Right now using a really low end phone. Want to get something better BUT not spend super bucks . Moto G4 Plus 4 gig ram 64 gig storage version is $199 while a newer G5 Plus $234 but the lower ram one,, 2 gig ram 32 gig storage. Which would be better choice? Yes there is a G5 plus with 4 gig ram and 64 storage BUT its more than I want to spend.

Right now current LG spree has 8 gig storage with 1 gig ram had to delete apps to install another. I have SD card in LG but not all apps will go to SD card.

You can't go wrong with either the G4 plus 64 GB or G5 64 GB plus. My wife and eldest son use the G4 plus and my youngest just replaced his looping Huwaei 6p with a G5 plus. Last week Best Buy had a sale on the G5 plus 64GB for 239.99. Get the 64GB versions, worth the extra $$$ for the added RAM.

I ended up getting the G5 Plus with 64 gig. Figures Best Buy has a sale after I got mine. I paid 299.

A related question: I have the Moto G5 Plus (32 gig) and love it. However, I am still within the return window on this phone (Costo) and am wondering if I should buy the upcoming S version (Moto G5s Plus).

Any word on when it will be available in the US and at what price?

The only thing I don't like about the Moto G5 Plus is the poor pics in low light, e.g., taking a pic of my wife at a restaraunt. Is it likely the G5s Plus will address that deficiency?
