Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can help me? I have been searching the net for over a week and I cant find a solution for this issue anywhere.
I have a Galaxy A5, less than 3 months old. Last week, I put it on charge and the battery would not move past 1%. At first I obviously thought I would get about a minute's use from it but to my surprise, it lasted all day which suggests that the battery is charging fully but the display won't register.
Now, while I can still use my phone (which is good) this is really annoying as my display light dims so I can't see the screen well outdoors, my phone beeps at me to tell me I need to charge (even though I don't) and some of my functions, such as camera and updates wont work because my battery is displaying 1%.
Has anyone dealt with this issue before or are there any suggestions for a fix?
