convert slow laptop?

Hey guys i have a acer netbook that is super slow with xp so converted to 7 but not compatible with w8..

is it possible to install chrome os on it?

I doubt it. To make your netbook as fast as possible, you could try disabling all of the animation bells and whistles that are on by default in Windows 7. It'll make your desktop hella ugly, but it'll definitely be faster.

i got the chrome os vanillas on it but the mouse pad does not work..lol

From what I can see, you have nearly the full ChromeOS experience, except that the built-in track pad won't work. However, if you attach an external mouse to the laptop, you're good to go.
