android stock browser canvas extra white space

I'm new to this forum. Recently i developed a responsive website that is working smoothly on Android Chrome but I'm facing some issues on android stock browser.
You can visit this, bilingual, site: www . sharjah . ac . ae (remove spaces before n after . )
On Chrome, firefox and safari, There is no left or right movement. because i have disabled through css
"overflow-x: hidden"
Working fine on these browsers.
But if you open in android stock browser the website have extra white space on right side. and if you switch language there is extra white space on left and the website is loading in that white space and you have to move the site to show on screen.
I assume this is a android browser compatibility issue. Just want to know if there is any solution for that.
