Does anyone know if chrome will ever have a reader mode for websites like what safari has for iphones? It's the one thing I really miss. I don't want to have to save the article in pocket or similar apps, I just want to do it within the app to make articles easier to read.

Go to chrome://flags in the URL bar then enter "Reader" in "Find in page" in settings and you'll find the options for it there.

You can enable it in chrome://flags, but it's kinda unstable. If you put it as all the time on every page it will pop up at the bottom of the screen (it's annoying after awhile), but they also have a mode to where it suppose to look at the Web page and see if it's an article and it will pop up (doesn't work sometimes). I don't think Google ever plans to add the feature though it's been in chrome://flags for a few years now.
