Soft bricked my continuum PLEASE HELP

I was trying to root and install clockwork recovery mod and I soft bricked my phone.I have tried everything under the sun to finish flashing cwm,I have tried odin I have tried heimdall and i still have them both on my laptop,now i would just like to know if I can get back to stock I really need help so if anyone can help out I would be very greatfull.

u did its good.when i thought I was fuked i was looking for a fresh perspective.I needed to get back to at least stock but you brought me way higher than that.I do appreciate it brother.
