Unable to fetch Hardware id from Lenovo tab

Hi we have an app which get tagged to hardware id of the device and whenever we need to check license in the devices we just check for hardware id and we get the data.

Initially it was working fine but from past 2 years we are unable to fetch the data.
What could be the possible reason behind this and how to solve it.

Is it only with a specific Lenovo tablet, or does the app have problems fetching the ID from any device?
