I can't get new installs on my app, why?

Hello everyone,

I have released my app on the play store and it's a really great chatting app including global videos like tiktok and screen sharing like teamviewer and there are really great features

The problem is i spent all my budget on servers and APIs so i can't advertise the app, the app link :

can you please tell me how can i advertise it very fast and get new installs without having to pay for advertisements ?
