    I am try to understand the % of android applications that use native code (c / c++ for example), even an estimation will help.

    I'm not actually much of a coder, but I'm pretty sure the answer is zero.

    Android is built with Java, and so its apps are also Java.

    You can write in C and C++ in the devkit, but the apps on the phone are all converted to Java. I don't think there is an easy way to know what language a compiled and packaged app on the play store was originally written in.

    Also, why do you care?
