Developper Payment fee with Redeem ?

Hi,
So let's say I do not have credit card visa to pay 25$ fee for developer
But I do have Gift card 25$ redeem code
Can I pay with it the 25$ fee to publish my Apps ?
Also if Yes, How will they pay me will it be in my bank credit card or credit directly in my account ?
