First time upload to play store... what should I consider?

Hi, I have been delving in Java App development for some time and now I have an App that is *almost* ready to share with others. I am a very experienced noob.

1. Should I make a new google account to link to the play store or use my personal account? (Spam could be a problem?)

2. Is it possible to have it online, but still test it? (Uploaded but not public)

3. This app would be free, but in future monetization would be interesting. Any tips on AdMob?

4. How do I optimize Play store's engine for indexing/searching?

5. Did I miss a question that you think is important?
