    Hi guys,

    What is the normal "process" to evaluate android image quality, is there any tools? thanks.

    First find a good photographer. (A lousy photographer will take lousy pictures with the best camera.) Then he has to learn the app (basically, the app is "the camera"). Then he has to shoot the same shot with different phones. I haven't seen any decent shoot-outs for phones, the way you see them in magazines like Popular Photography.

    (Just not knowing where the app is metering can change what could have been a great shot into a dark blob or a washed out colorless mess. Same camera, same photographer, metering at a different spot in the picture. Metering a spotlight at a concert will get you a great picture of the spotlight - and everything else will be black. And if you don't know where your app is metering ...)

    I'd rather pay for a great camera app, and have a 10MP camera. (If you want to approach the quality of film, you need 1GP for the equivalent of 35mm fine-grain film.)
