how do i find my apps that are installed but not visible?

Samsung Galaxy S5 has removed my favorite apps from visual but when I go to download it says already installed? for example Facebook and theknot. How do I open them when the option is unavailable?

Re: how do i find my apps that are installed but not visible?

In most Samsung devices Facebook cannot be uninstalled, so it might have been disabled (not removed). Go to the Application Manager and scroll to the very last tab; there you should see a list of apps that are disabled, and should be able to re-enable them should you need them.

If you 'hid' the app, then it's up to whatever method you used to hide it to get it back into your App List. In the case of the S5, and if you're using the stock launcher, I believe the only way to 'hide' apps is to either disable them or to send them to private mode/Knox. If it's the latter, since that's supposed to be a secure location, you can't open/retrieve the apps unless you do it from the Private/Locked mode.
