Dolphin is a browser - it opens links in itself. If you want to see YouTube in the YouTube app, run the YouTube app.

(It's like asking how to get Word to open a document in Edit Plus. One app can't be told to open data it can handle in another app. It uses other apps to open data it can't handle - if you go to an FTP site without an HTTP interface in Dolphin, and it's set up top run some FTP app for handling FTP sites, it will. But a YouTube link is an HTTP link, and Dolphin can handle that - HTTP is the main reason for Dolphin\s existence.)

Of course browsers can open specific links in other apps. That's called protocol. Browsers e.g. usually open PDFs in Adobe Acrobat or a plugin, flash in flashplayers, videos in videoplayers, torrents in torrent software and so on.

I also wonder why Dolphin no longer open YouTube videos in the app. It used to.
