Wait a minute... doesn't the droid bionic have LTE?

I've been looking at the recent FCC posts about the Droid Bionic, so I decided to check it out.
In the manual, page 10 (or User Manual 2) says that 3G is the "fastest possible data" for the Droid Bionic. I'm starting to freak out, is Motorola being serious that the Droid Bionic will only come with 3G? D:

It's a draft manual, a lot of people have been saying it may be a bit of a copy-and-paste job of the X2 manual. Don't worry, it'll be LTE.

It's definitely got 4G. It even lists the radio in the FCC documents, as well as stating it on the back of the case, etc... Don't worry.
