Charging my Bionic

Noticed when I plugged up my phone to charge tonight that when i went back to it it had some message referring to the charging not entirely sure what it said as i accidentally exited out of it.

but i noticed that while its charging it seems to be going in and out. the lightning bolt on the battery meter is sometimes there sometimes not.

any thoughts?

Thats normal. Also, the Bionic (probably the Moto Skin) has messages that pop up when its done charging briefly, as well as when you unplug your wall charger from your phone it tells you a brief message (disappears shortly) about unplugging your charger from the wall to save energy. (the Bionic has gone green! lol)

Not properly plugged in? Seems like a level 1 issue.
