Text to Speech Email and Messages?

Anyone know of or recommend any apps that can read your emails and texts hands-free for when you are driving? Preferably something that doesn't require using a different email app, but I'm open to it. Also would be nice if it can accommodate bluetooth.

Check out Vlingo. They just added a car mode. It has safe speech to read incoming mail and texts plus lots of speech commands. I am just starting to use it but it seems pretty good.

Thanks for the vlingo suggestions. I'm trying it now and so far I love it!

One thing though -- I can't seem to get the safereader to read my texts or emails with "Use Network TTS" unchecked in advanced settings. I want it to use the stock PICO voice, which works fine everywhere else in Vlingo except for reading texts and emails. Can you guys confirm that with yours by unchecking that setting and see if it still announces?
