No Data 3G or 4G

No data in the Northern Virginia/DC area all day yesterday for me. Did multiple resets and factory resets. No dice.....

I get data for about 20 secs that too only 4G for right after a reboot, then nothing....

This is new replacement (refurbished one) that VZ just sent....

Anyone else having this issue?

I live in the same area. Data is sketchy lately, but I am getting it.

My big issue with this phone is this! Where I used to have full bar 3G with my HTC I now don't even have data with this one. Very annoying.
