Costco accessory pack question

For those who received their accessories via the sent-in coupon (instead of in store pickup) did you get any email from the fulfillment company prior to receiving the goodies?

I haven't gotten anything yet, I sent it in on the 20th, Costco said it would take up to two weeks. I just realized I forgot to make a copy of the docs. I sent them.

I sent mine in october 11th. No confirmation email yet and I don't know if they even send out confirmations

the accessory pack came today. I kinda like the dock! It took 17 days to arrive, and came via FedEx
