Stock Rooted, and Still No Update

My Bionic is a stock, rooted phone, and I have unfrozen all apps, restored everything back to stock, except for the root (and forever root) and I am still unable to get the update. I am still getting the Check for Update Not Available Message. Any ideas why? Are they still rolling out the update? Will I be able to download it on my computer, and to update that way? Any help is appreciated. I am and have been one of those users who have been having problems with the data dropping, currently sitting at 72 hours without data, save for wifi. Already done the new sim, and sim pulls. many sim pulls, Not sure what to do for now.

Never mind. I was able to update after a nandroid back up and wipe to stock. Was able to regain root and restore my data. Works fine now
