Simple question, my Bionic is connected to my Exchange Server @ my Firm. My Firm requires Device/Storage Encryption, which the Bionic supports just fine. Several users including my self are having the same issue. Now that our phones/SD cards are encrypted when the phone is connected to a PC and the SD card mounted the pics are no longer readable because they are encypted. Windows is unable to read them, if I email that pic from my phone to my gmail i can open it just fine. if i try to open it direct from the SD its a NO GO.
I already ruled out that its my PC i tried 5 other including my personal PC at home...NO GO!
So how to I access the pictures direct off the SD? VZ is CLUELESS and Im on with Tier 2 @ Moto Support and I can tell you they are clueless as well.
