What should I upgrade from my Droid Bionic to?

I want to upgrade from my Droid Bionic.

I was thinking Motorola Turbo or Samsung S5. Any suggestions? Thank you

Welcome to Android Central! It would help to know what's important to you in a phone. Screen size? Battery life, removable battery? SD card slot? Heavy vs light UI skin?
