Apps for Droid Bionic?

Whenever BlackBerry releases a new OS there are a ton of apps from the previous OS that may not work.

Same with Android? When this phone is released will we have to wait until the apps are made compatible with it?

I have a bunch of apps saved in appbrain ready to install..

The Bionic will run All Tegra Zone Apps too! I can't wait for some Droid Bionic! Tegra Zone
Some of the games are spendy though....

In addition I am thinking PS2 emulators and N64 emulators won't be a stretch to run as well. On my X, I have a game-boy advance emulator with maybe 15 ROMs, and it is a life safer (more for my daughter) when I have to take her with me on a long drive!

Unlike BB, android is backward compatible. Some newer apps dont go back to all older versions, but new phones can use older apps.

Yeah the apps are mainly cross compatible with the different versions of the OS but some wont be.
