Underclocking w/ SetCPU?

I purchased the Charge on Monday, got root access but remained stock on tuesday. I was just wondering if by following the Voodo Fix and adding the different kernel, if this kernel can be underclocked?

I come from the OD and used to have my kernel underclocked with the screen off to conserve battery life. I have tried playing around with it on the Charge but can't really tell if it's working.

Anyone using SetCPU with their charge?

Yes but every now and then my phone will randomly reboot. It's been recommended you don't use it at the moment, someone who knows more can chime in and tell you why. Aside from random reboots (Maybe one every two days) I still keep it running on my phone without any other issues. YMMV
