Razr M does not have Proper root access

I recently took the latest update and factory reset my phone. With the latest update I used motochopper to root my phone. Everything seemed OK as my titanium backup was able to be used via root. However I noticed some other apps would not prompt for root access. I dowoaded root checker and it stated "your device does not have proper root access". What does this mean and how do I fix it. I don't understand how some apps can function with the root I have and others not.

I see I wasn't the only one stumped. However, I just re-rooted using motochopper and that did the trick. So whoever the moderator is this thread can be officially closed. Thanks to all the readers in taking the time to look over my thread.
