Stock to Gummy Rom?

Hello Everyone with the latest gummy rom for the droid razr m what are the steps for flashing the rom? stock to gummy? i am trying to avoid bricking my phone :-[ . Any help would be great!

yes I have TWRP the latest one from Dhacker and root with unlocked bootloader

Ok. I would make a backup of your current setup in TWRP. After that, place a ROM for your specific device on the phone or SD card, and flash in TWRP.

I have the rom and gapps already on SD but what are the steps? Do I factory reset and wipe stuff or do I do a dirty flash?
