Problem with unlock pattern after JB

Yesterday (my first day with JB) the unlock pattern I had been using before JB worked fine. Today, however, it barely does. I have to swipe the pattern about a dozen times and do it very slowly. After I finally got back into the phone today, I eliminated the pattern, re-booted the phone, and reset the pattern. I still have the same problem.

Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Does it cut you off after two or three dots have been highlighted?

My phone will cut me off and display "Sorry, try again" after I pass through two or three of the dots in my pattern. It will do this randomly. In the past I've fixed it by resetting the pattern, but recently that doesn't even help. If it happens, I turn off the screen and then turn it back on and it will allow me to enter the code. I can't find any threads about this problem anywhere. Its also really hard to describe exactly whats happening.
