Maybe there will be an option to change it? Or maybe they will leave it blue on our devices...

That's my only hangup...apparently the under the hood changes will make this phone unbelievable with respect to battery life (and I'm guessing a tick up in performance as well).

I read on droid life that it may be possible that the colors in the top bar may be able to be changed. Was an old post. I like the blue colors but we will have to wait and see

I've got 4.4 on my N10. I don't find the white status bar to be distracting at all. Especially if you use the Google keyboard.
