I'm a current WP7 user and I love my Trophy...however the hardware is just getting too old and it doesn't look like any high end windows phones are hitting verizon anytime soon.

The MAXX is extremely tempting...however my only reservation would be when ICS comes out and one of the capacitive buttons becomes virtually useless. What are your thoughts?

I guess your biggest concern is the capacitive buttons with the ICS release... either go for it, or wait until it comes to the first older device with capacitive buttons. Do you really think Google did not think of this as they were developing ICS?
