screen questions - image retention?

So, I think it's time to retire my Nexus. Signal issues and dropped calls have finally canned this for me. It's an awesome device, but poor phone.

The one other issue with my Nexus was image retention. If for just a second I had a white area on my wallpaper, it would retain in the menu section. I had a picture of a car's wheel, and it left retention of the rim on my background for almost 10 seconds.

Since the Maxx was amoled advance, will this still happen? I'm taking a step down in screen resolution, I really don't want the image retention, too.

Hasn't happened so far for me. I recently made the jump about a week ago. Go ahead and take the plunge. You want a phone that works!

Good to hear...just ordered it. I have one more upgrade between now and October. This should hold me over until the Razr HD
