First, check for updates on Play Store... next, reboot... mine are there.

I tried doing this last night after installing ICS to no avail. I ended up using Make Your Own Clock instead.

yup...long press on the one you dont want and then choose delete...then drag the icon you want in its place

Is there any way to change those shortcuts? I seriously doubt that I'll ever need to jump straight into text messaging without using the notification bar first.

I'm using Go Launcher EX as my home launcher. Can't let go of those cool transistions and 15 icon scrollable dock

I hear ya. I'm gonna play around with it and see if I go with ICS or keep Go Launcher. Good to have options...now I just need me some Ice Cream Sammich!!!

I wasn't able to do that on the lock screen. I think the other poster was referring to the 5 icon dock. You can long press those and change them around. If you find a way to change the shortcuts on the lock screen, let us know.

i did the same thing but added 'Turn off Wifi' to the actions and 'Not Charging' to the trigger. As long as I'm plugged in I want all that on. Went over 4hrs without it dropping off the 100% indicator.

Works pretty good.

Updated. Went with Apex Launcher as I missed the long press for widgets and I get to add as many apps to folders as I want, plus numerous other features. The only thing I miss about the stock launcher is the favorite contact widget works properly.
