here is min, updated last night

My Xoom got ICS 2 weeks ago, I think ICS on the Razr is much more responsive, refined then the xoom. Google did this right there is no doubt!

I love how we can make any icon, including the quick launchers at the bottom, their own folders. I put people and phone together and Gmail and xfinity email together.

Not sure why Google did away w/ the GPS toggle!!....Swype had gotten noticeably better

Beautiful widgets.... clock and weather.... specifically, it's the NakedDroid3D clock skin and the SimpleWeather skin.

Hard to show, but after you touch the unlock key you can drag it to one of four places North, South, East & West... Phone, Text, Camera & Unlock respectively.... just like the video's at Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich - Motorola Mobility, Inc. USA

Is there any way to change those shortcuts? I seriously doubt that I'll ever need to jump straight into text messaging without using the notification bar first.

First, check for updates on Play Store... next, reboot... mine are there.
