Flash is supported on ICS. Download it in the play store.(adobe flash player) use the default browser if anything but chrome. Chrome doesn't support flash. Not supported on devices updated past 4.0.x (future android) (jelly bean)

I only notice this with chrome. With the stock browser and ics browser+ I dont have an issue with flash. I have flash installed on all my ICS devices. Chrome doesnt support flash.

Chrome browser does not play flash but I also was having problems with flash video playback so I reinstalled flash then did a hard reset and it started working in both stock browser and Firefox.
