OMG! I see folders its full of folders!

ICS is just fine and dandy but oh my God the folder thing is just awesome.

I have access to about 100 apps on my home screen neatly organized into folders that make finding them a snap! This feature ALONE is worth the upgrade.

Folders have been around since Froyo, but with ICS, they look nicer, and you can actually rearrange shortcuts within the folders, which you couldn't do in Froyo or Gingerbread.

With the Razr and Maxx, folders are actually a little redundant, because you can do the same thing with App Drawers. You can customize your own App Drawers, then place a shortcut to that App Drawer on the homescreen, thus acting like a folder. The advantage of App Drawers is that unlike folders, Drawers don't limit you to 16 apps.
