Transferring music/pictures

I had to get a replacement phone and for some reason music and pictures that were on my sd card are now on my old phone. There is no option to transfer them. I don't even know how they got on the phone in the first place. Is there a way to transfer them back onto my sd card? I was able to Bluetooth songs from my rezound but the RAZR won't let me do that. Does anybody know a way to easily transfer? All help would be greatly appreciated.

ive always like just plugging the bugger up to the PC and copy the files between phones, that way i have a copy on the PC...

Never really done that. Easy? Just plug usb into computer?

yep. on the drop down notifications choose usb mass storage and it will pop up with your internal sd card AND your external sd card

I create my playlists of music in iTunes and then using "iSyncr" (from the android market), transfer them to my phone. Done it many times without an issue. Also, DoubleTwist will work also.
