Will the New "Always Listening" Google Update work for Jelly Bean?

Anyone know if the new Google Now (Search) update to 3.5.14 providing the "always listening" feature ala, Moto X, will be available for us Jellybean dinosaurs?

Well, Shazaam! Actually got this update today but, on my phone, can't seem to make it work on any other screen except, the Google Now screen. Went thru the settings, did the voice steps & enabled everything - nada. Oh well, time for an upgrade anyway.

you could download the google now launcher apk and sideload it onto your droid razr maxx providing you have the latest google search installed, tbh since i installed it this is the first time i've had less issues with my home screen then i did with stock and/or apex
