Is there plastic on the back?

I purchased my new RAZR on Saturday, and it was set up by the most incompetent VZW person I've ever met. Looking at the back of the phone, I notice some bubbling, and I'm wondering if there is a thin plastic sheet over the Kevlar that should have been removed. There are also a couple of labels with bar codes on the back. Could someone confirm that this should be removed?

However, since it has information on it I would keep it. I stuck mine to the inside of the Razr's box.

The VZW rep that activated my phone threw it away. Save it, keep it, doesnt matter.
