Turn off Outlook reminder sound

My Razr is corporate synced to my account on Outlook Exchange. In Outlook, I've set reminders on my calendar. While I was able to turn off notifications for my email, I can't figure out how to turn off notifications for calendar reminders and a sound is played every time one arrives. Thanks.

Yeah - I found it - write after writing this.. DUH.. but THANK YOU! You folks are always here for me! I'm in the market for a "good" email client that does "active sync" and maybe doesnt have to have combined inbox - or at least if I could see my other inboxes first or more easily.. anyway, that's my next "fix" for my new S4!!!
