USB not working on multiple PC's.

OK. I give up. Been trying all freaking day to get my USB working. I got pics on my sd card that I used mass storage mode to copy/paste onto my laptop. Never in my life had this issue Where I connect phone as normal and no USB icon appears on phone. On ANY computer in this lab nor my own laptop which worked fine on all phones I've owned even this RAZR. But this morning. Nope! Virus checks. Motorola driver reinstalss. System restore on PC. Rebooted this phone up the butt. Even did simulated battery pull. Still no USB icon. Worked last night. Ugh. It charges fine but no USB icon. Grrrrrrr

Aaaahhhhh.... any ideas!?!??//!!

Never mind... got it to work on my laptop and college computer lab computers again... during my 12 hour freak out session, i didnt check to see settings>storage>"Disable software install"... i guess somehow someway (im still baffled about this) that "Disable software install" was checked. I unchecked it. Also made triple sure USB debug was still CHECKED... rebooted phone again... and now it works... on all pcs!... whew!

on a cool notes, found out that you can change the way RAZR syncs your media... defaulted to sync to internal memory (media area).. found in settings>storage>media sync storage that you can choose SD card (exernal memory) now....
