Automatic saving location and multiple folders

I did have a Droid X then Bionic and when I switched to the Bionic I did not have this problem. I now have the RAZR. And the problem is that when I save a photo from the browser it saves it to the memory on my phone and not to my SD card. I do have settings set to save to SD card in dolphin, which is the browser I use. Also when downloading a video with TubeMate it no longer saves to to SD but to phone memory. How do I get it to default back to SD. It is the same SD card that was in my droid X moved to the following phones.
