my voice echoes back at me when I put it on speakerphone

I Googled the problem. nothing found... ever since I got my phone, if I talk when I have the other person on speakerphone, my voice will echo back in the speaker of the phone when I talk. how do I fix???

Do you have a TPU case on it? Some cases seem to interfere with the noise-cancelling microphones, especially on Samsung Galaxy S2 and 3.
